Resume processing

Resume text and job descriptions are processed in the active browser session for alignment analysis. The public prototype does not store the full resume text in customer history.

Account data

When you sign in, CandidateLift stores your account identifier, email, optional search preferences, plan, credit balance, and analysis metadata such as job title and score.

Usage analytics

CandidateLift records first-party product events such as page views, completed analyses, pricing clicks, checkout starts, and exports. These records can include a temporary browser-session identifier, page path, referring hostname, and campaign tags. Analytics events do not contain resume text or job-description text.

Payments

Stripe processes checkout and payment details. CandidateLift stores purchase identifiers, status, amount, and entitlements, but not full card details.

Control and retention

Do not upload information you are not authorized to use. Account deletion and export requests will be supported before the paid service exits beta. Operational records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
